Jeremy Tucker set up this business in early 2008 and we have become Ireland’s largest privately owned full service health insurance consultancy firm. We advise over 250 Irish and international companies assisting them in securing comprehensive health insurance and associated benefits for their staff with Ireland’s three health insurers.

We advise 3 of Ireland’s top 10 companies by turnover. We also provide a global health insurance service abroad to many of our Irish companies. We can also assist in providing group dental insurance, group cash plans and group risk benefits.

A separate division of our company provides impartial and straightforward advice to executives and employees within these companies in all areas of life insurance, protection, savings, investments and pensions.

We are currently working with many US companies that have already set up or plan to set up new offices in Ireland.

Our service is completely tailored to our companies needs and the needs of their employees, when it comes to health insurance and employee benefits one size does not fit all. Education is a big part of what we do, employees need to fully understand their benefit entitlements and how to optimise these benefits.
